The tiller handle also features a convenient stop button at the end of the grip and a safety lanyard stop switch with cord attachment. The throttle friction adjustment allows anglers to better fine-tune and hold trolling speeds. Use the tiller handle to trim or tilt the outboard quickly and easily, made possible with the ratcheting clamp bracket.

Battery-Free Manual Start EFI Fuel System: EFI uses high pressure fuel injectors to precisely meter the fuel injected into the combustion chamber. The ECU electronically regulates ignition timing and optimizes the amount of air/fuel needed for combustion based on information provided by various sensors. These sensors measure temperature, crank position, barometric pressure, manifold pressure, and throttle position. EFI systems enable the air/fuel ratio to be continuously adjusted to air temperature, altitude and engine operating conditions throughout the rpm range.

Better Fuel Economy: he new EFI models achieve up to 27% better fuel economy at cruise and troll speeds compared to the previous carbureted models.
